Returns & Exchanges

Each garment is crafted to the highest standard and inspected by hand before it leaves the atelier. If something is not right, we will always work with you to make it so.

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

To begin a return, contact your client concierge and we will arrange a complimentary pickup. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection.

As couture and bridal pieces are made to order and to individual measurements, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are, however, devoted to a perfect fit — every bespoke order includes fittings and complimentary alterations to ensure the piece sits exactly as intended.

Complimentary alterations are offered on all made-to-order pieces within 30 days of delivery. Beyond this window, alterations are available at a nominal atelier charge.
