Shipping & Delivery

Every order from the House of Ritika Jaiswal is shipped complimentary across India, packaged in our signature garment trunk with acid-free tissue and a protective travel cover.

International delivery is available on request and arranged personally by your client concierge, with duties and taxes calculated at the time of confirmation.

Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Couture and bridal commissions are made to order and typically require 8–16 weeks, depending on the intricacy of the handwork.

Once your order is placed, our atelier will confirm a precise timeline and keep you updated at each stage — from first cut to final finishing.

Bridal and couture orders within select metros are hand-delivered by appointment, with an optional in-home fitting to ensure a flawless drape.

A signature is required on delivery for all pieces. Please ensure a recipient is available at the delivery address on the confirmed date.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves the atelier. For any assistance, your client concierge is available directly by email or telephone.
