These Terms of Service govern your use of ritikajaiswalfashion.com and its customer-facing features. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Public customer accounts use Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your Google account, providing accurate information, and promptly notifying us if you believe your customer account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Administrative and CMS accounts are separate, restricted systems and are not available to ordinary customers. Attempting to access an administrative area without authorisation is prohibited.

We aim to present product names, descriptions, prices, imagery, availability, inventory, colour, and other details accurately. Handcrafted work, screen settings, photography, and natural materials may result in reasonable variations. Information may be corrected or changed without prior notice, including after an order is submitted if an error is discovered.

Products, bespoke services, and appointment slots are subject to availability. Displaying an item or accepting an enquiry does not guarantee that it can be supplied.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase and does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Orders currently enter a pending approval and payment-verification process. We may contact you about availability, sizing, bespoke fittings, delivery, or payment before accepting an order.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, including unavailable inventory, inaccurate information, suspected fraud or misuse, pricing or description errors, delivery limitations, or inability to verify payment. If accepted, an order may progress through approval, processing, shipping, delivery, or cancellation as applicable.

The current checkout supports manual Bank Transfer for India and Wire Transfer for international orders. No payment is taken online at checkout. The atelier provides transfer instructions separately, and order confirmation or fulfilment may depend on verification that the required payment has been received.

You are responsible for accurate payment references and any charges imposed by your bank. If external payment processors are introduced later, their services will also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The website does not currently advertise card, Stripe, or PayPal processing as an active checkout method.

Shipping arrangements, delivery guidance, and related conditions are described on our Shipping page. Returns, exchanges, and alterations are governed by our Returns & Exchanges page. Those policies form part of these terms and should be reviewed before ordering.

Signed-in customers may submit testimonials or reviews. Submissions are moderated, and we may approve, reject, decline to publish, or remove them where appropriate. You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, confidential, invasive of privacy, or infringes another person's rights.

You retain your rights in content you submit. By submitting content for review, you give us non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to review, store, reproduce, and publicly display the approved submission, with its submitted name or display name and relevant review details, for operating and presenting the website. You may contact us to request removal, subject to records we must retain.

The website's original branding, logos, layout, product imagery, designs, written content, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Ritika Jaiswal Fashion and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected website content without permission or another lawful basis.

You must not use the website to break the law; impersonate another person; place fraudulent orders; submit harmful or misleading material; abuse customer accounts; probe or interfere with security; introduce malicious code; disrupt the website; or use scraping, bots, or other automation in a way that overloads, damages, circumvents controls, or unreasonably interferes with the service or other users.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes product guarantees, consumer remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific order commitments confirmed by the atelier continue to apply according to their terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ritika Jaiswal Fashion will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. Any liability connected with a product or order will be assessed in light of the circumstances, confirmed order terms, and applicable consumer law. Nothing here limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We may update the website, these terms, or customer features to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Revised terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, suspected misuse, or compliance with law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable Indian law may hear disputes arising from these terms. This provision does not remove any mandatory rights or forum available to a consumer under applicable law.
